Your holiday comes with secure basement car parking and as a bonus we offer unlimited Wi-Fi "Free" for guests. Complimentary starter supplies are supplied in each apartment, if extra supplies are required during the stay then they are at the guests expense. Only a 2 minute walk to our patrolled beach.

You will be met at the property by us to collect your apartment keys (unless advised otherwise), not through the resort reception.</li><li>Credit card surcharges may apply, if you wish to avoid this charge, please contact us for our bank details and you can opt to do a transfer instead.</li><li>Deposit – A non-refundable $200 deposit per booking is required upon booking to secure your reservation.</li><li>Final balance – Your accommodation must be paid 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for Dec/Jan bookings). If the booking is made within this time frame the full amount must be paid upon booking. If the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date Collective Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit. If after arrival, guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Collective Holiday Apartments</li><li>Cancellations – Within 14 days (or 30 days for Dec/Jan) of Check-in date you will lose the full value of your booking.
